It is with pleasure that I am writing about my acquaintanceship with Doug Taylor. I first met Doug in November 2003 when I inquired about a property he had listed. He continued to work with me through May of 2004, at which time I purchased some land.
Doug has many outstanding qualities, but I feel that his major assets to me were twofold: 1) He has a easy going and winning personality which makes it easy to relate to him and not feel any high pressure to commit to a purchase: and 2) he has lived in the area for his entire like making him familiar with the area and the people in the area.
He seem to genuinely like people and tries to get to know them and know exactly what they might be looking for in a property purchase. He will continue to look and contact you when he thinks he has found something you might want.
As a Realtor, Doug has been more than helpful, going beyond his responsibilities as a sale representative for the property. Should you be so fortunate to have him working with you to locate a piece of property, you will not be disappointed.

Doug Taylor was such a wonderful realtor for us. We found his name online and contacted him before we ever even moved to northern Michigan! He stayed right by our side for nearly a full year as we researched, visited, compared, and finally chose a home in Benzonia.
